Katee,

What are your fashion/shopping habits like ? Do you follow trends and 

magazines, get creative with your own ideas or not really think about it 

much at all ?

Where/what are some of your favorite places to shop ?

Katee:



I, am a creature of comfort. So, whatever is comfortable I usually put on my 

body, and I don't care too much what people think about how I look, which 

might not serve me so well later in life.

But I love to shop, shopping is one of my favorite things to do. I think 

that it is one of the easiest ways to pick yourself up and make yourself 

feel good when you're not feelin' so good. And I have different ranges of 

stores that I shop at depending on how much money I'm making at the time. 

Sometimes I go to Urban Outfitters, which I love, but you have to be a 

little careful because they gear towards teenagers so things are a little 

short and you show your ass sometimes, which, you know, like I said earlier; 

people don't need to see my ass.

Or you know, I go a little bit more expensive and go to certain areas of 

Fred Segal or I go to Kitson, or I go to Sak's.... But I kind of just go 

with, when I see things, you know, I'm not really a creature of habit in 

that sense where I go to the same place all the time, except for Urban 

Outfitters. I love Urban Outfitters, I love Anthropologie.

I like to mix one label item with less expensive items. So that's the one 

thing that I've learned. It's that you find one beautiful thing and you put 

it on, and then you just kind of add around it. And you don't need to be a 

label whore, which some people are. But other than that I just wear what I 

think looks good and sometimes I get it wrong and, you know, whatever... who 

cares?





OK,

I have discovered a phenomena among your fans. They are basically much 

cooler and much more awesome than normal people. Have you noticed this ?

Do you secretely gloat that your fans are hotter than hot ? And others,... 

not so much ?

Just curious.

I do think that I have fantastic fans, I love my fans.

I've never looked at a convention and looked at somebody else's lines and 

gone "my fans are cooler than your fans na na na na na na", I've never done 

that. I might, from now on.





Hi Katee,

Will you be attending any conventions in the near future ?

I never imagined I would, but I am one of those wives that was forced to 

watch BSG one night and became more addicted to the show than the hubby. 

That'll teach him.

I love when women tell me this, that they unknowingly became fans of 

"Battlestar Galactica" because they wanted to just spend time with their 

husbands. I have no plans to go to any convention this year other than Comic 

Con. I will be there the 23rd and the 24th. When I'm working, I don't have 

time to do conventions. I find that I'm so tired working that the last thing 

that is on my mind is to get on a plane and fly some place, because what 

people don't understand is that it's usually a long flight and you're 

usually extremely tired, and trying to memorize dialogue and so it's best 

for me to go whe I'm not working and best for the fans, because then I'm 

fresh I'm happy and I'm not exhausted and I can actually talk to you. But I 

will keep you posted if I go to any so you can show up, and come without 

your husband.

Wow... Ahm, there are very few times in my life that I eat that much sugar 

without some sort of fat involved in it.

I'm not a kid anymore so if I eat something like Cotton Candy, I might as 

well just rub it on my ass because that's exactly where it's gonna go.

But if I had to choose, I would say bag, because it's less messy.
